We don't keep your data
Cloud uploads and results are automatically deleted after 24 hours — enforced by the platform itself, not by policy alone. Desktop Professional never sends your data anywhere.
Never trained on, never sold
Your documents are processed by the extraction engine and nothing else. No AI training on your content, no analytics on your data, no third parties.
Credentials are never stored
SQL connection details you enter are used for that single request and immediately discarded. This is how the code works, not just what the policy says.
Learning without your data
The alias engine only remembers column-name mappings like "emp_no → Employee ID" — header names, never cell values, never personal information.
Isolated processing
Each extraction runs in its own session. Failed jobs are wiped and never billed.
The zero-trust option
Need absolute guarantees? Desktop Professional runs the entire pipeline — including the AI models — offline on your own hardware.
